10 Akron Street Housing Project
Construction Update
July 4th through

Bond Brothers will be on site
this Saturday completing both interior punch list items, including the
garage, and exterior landscaping.

Work will begin at 9am per the
City of Cambridge Noise Ordinance.
Site Activities
·
Landscaping
activities will continue along the Memorial Drive side of the site. This work
will include the planting of trees, shrubs and the installation of sod.
·
The Memorial Drive sidewalk reconstruction will continue. Pedestrians will
be detoured down Hingham St. Police details will be
present to ensure safety.
·
The architectural site fence will be delivered and installed next
week.
·
The site trailer is expected to be removed from the site the week
of 7/14/08.
·
The Memorial Drive project will utilize Watts Security to patrol
the site on a nightly basis.
Interior Work
· Interior punch list items will continue to be completed this week.
· Work
on the Director's Suite in the East Building will continue.
Garage Work
· Miscellaneous
punch list items will continue to be completed.
· Final
line striping will take place this week.
